Incredible Facilities: The fitness center at this hotel is like stepping into a luxurious spa. The sauna and Turkish bath were so relaxing, I felt like I was in my own private oasis. And the gym had everything I needed to keep up with my workouts. Talk about feeling pampered!
Hot Room: The rooms were a bit too warm for my liking. It was like being in a sauna all night.

The Charme Hotel was open late to except our 1am arrival. The hotel was located in a difficult to find area; thankfully we had gps. .
The surrounding area was not desirable, and offered no attractions or late night restaurants. There was no parking available within the Hotel lot, so we had to park on the street nearby. The online description advertises internet availability, but when we got there there were no more Ethernet cords to be able to log-in, inside the room. Beside I had a tablet so I could not plug in anyway. The customer service was not what I had hoped for, a little impatient but not rude. The morning breakfast was terrible. They did not replace items, from an apparent rush on the breakfast table, and were not very attentive to people sitting at the tables.

Room Clean & Tidy. The young ladies on the reception were always most helpful
Excessive waiting time in the restaurant, some staff had poor communication skills.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a few nights during my visit to Florence. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-lit, allowing me to comfortably read and work. The hotel's large and free parking area was a bonus. I was pleased to find that the LAN-internet access worked perfectly and was also free of charge. The breakfast surpassed the average Italian standards, and I particularly appreciated the quiet and green environment surrounding the hotel. Additionally, there was a convenient bus stop right at the hotel's door, making it easy to explore Florence.

Bus station to Firenze close to hotel (30 min driving time, every half hour). Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. Free, big parking place in front of hotel. Excellent "home base" for car trips in tuscany: Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Viareggio are all reachable within an hour by car. (For Firenze the bus is recommended.)

We spent our Christmas holidays in this hotel and it was a wonderful experience! The Christmas decorations were lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which offered a variety of options and the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby town was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surrounding hills.
The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions and it was difficult to find any shops or restaurants within walking distance. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable.

The hotel's location is not ideal, as it is quite far from Florence's city center, but it is convenient if you need to be close to the airport. the hotel is situated in a heavily residential area, so it is relatively peaceful and serene. There is also a factory nearby, making it perfect for business travelers. the breakfast is slightly above average, with a decent selection of food to choose from. the rooms are sufficient, with good illumination and LAN-internet accessibility, however, the decor could do with updating.
The maintenance of the facilities on offer leaves something to be desired, making one question whether the hotel deserves its 4-star rating.

During our Easter break, we had a good stay at a hotel with spacious and bright rooms. the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful, which helped us feel refreshed after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the fresh and flaky croissants offered for breakfast, and the fact that there were plenty of cheese and olive options. the hotel is conveniently located for those who have rented a car, as it allows for easy exploration of nearby towns.
